7.1 ASNS Apparel specializes in custom-made clothing and apparel. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is non-refundable. We encourage customers to carefully review all specifications and designs before finalizing an order.
7.2 We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of your custom order, but slight variations in design, size, and color may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our manufacturing process.
7.3 By placing an order, you agree to pay for the goods as specified on your sales order or invoice. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted once an order has been confirmed.
7.4 If you require a custom size or specification, please provide clear instructions. We may, at our discretion, make adjustments to the design or size to ensure the product is manufacturable.
7.5 ASNS Apparel reserves the right to change the product specifications or make alterations to the design during the production process if necessary to meet manufacturing requirements.
8.1 As our products are made to order, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part. If you have concerns about the quality of the items you receive, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
8.2 Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been confirmed, and any costs incurred by ASNS Apparel up to the point of cancellation will be charged to the customer. If the order is in the pre-production or manufacturing stage, no cancellation will be accepted.
8.3 ASNS Apparel reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to delivery. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any additional costs incurred.
8.4 You are responsible for any costs associated with returning products to us. We do not cover return shipping fees unless we have made an error with your order.
9.1 While we strive to match the colors you request to the best of our ability, due to the limitations of printing and fabric dyes, exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed.
9.2 We recommend providing Pantone or color references to ensure the most accurate match. However, variations in color may occur depending on the printing or manufacturing process.
10.1 ASNS Apparel offers the option to order prototypes and samples of custom products to clarify design specifications. Please note that prototypes are non-refundable, and no guarantees are made regarding their final fit, function, or appearance.
10.2 Delivery times for prototypes and samples vary but typically take 4-6 weeks. Further prototypes may be required at the customer’s expense if necessary to refine the design.
11.1 All prices on the Website are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate. Payment must be made in full before any manufacturing commences.
11.2 Prices are valid for 28 days from the date of the quote. After this period, ASNS Apparel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to changes in manufacturing costs or currency fluctuations.
12.1 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, customs clearance, and other external factors. ASNS Apparel will not be held liable for delays in delivery.
12.2 The customer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and additional charges that may apply to international shipments.
12.3 If delivery is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide accurate delivery instructions or accept the products, storage charges may apply.
13.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the business relationship. This obligation extends beyond the termination of any agreements or contracts.
13.2 We take appropriate measures to protect confidential data, including the use of encryption, passwords, and secure systems.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions, along with any contracts or agreements made with ASNS Apparel, are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
These Terms and Conditions are legally binding.
