Every garment we produce is custom made to the requirements of the customer, so we have developed a standard process which is applied to all orders. Other UK based clothing manufacturers may only work from tech packs, but we can help get designs production ready, guiding you through each step.
Whether by phone, email or a face to face meeting at our UK office, we will discuss all of your requirements so we can make sure we are the right clothing manufacturers for you and that your project can be completed to a high standard with our services.
We are more than just clothing manufacturers. Our UK design team can create flat CAD designs or factory standard tech packs, as well as 3D mock-ups and prototypes. We will work closely with you to translate your ideas into innovative designs.
We provide a library of trend-driven standard fits and custom fits with graded sizes. Our size charts automatically calculate grading from your measurements, and our expert pattern maker creates precise paper toiles based on the final specifications
Sampling is a crucial step, allowing you to assess materials, fit, branding, and functionality before placing a bulk order. We ensure you have full confidence in every detail, making any necessary adjustments before moving forward with full-scale production.
After the sample is tested and any changes or tweaks are discussed, we create an order form as a final confirmation so that we can proceed with your bulk order where each garment is carefully crafted by our experienced production team.
We provide full-package production, including neck labels, hang tags, packaging, and trims, ensuring your garments are finished, crafted, and ready for delivery to your customers with the highest quality, precision, and attention to detail.
Before the finished garments are packed, we perform quality control checks to ensure all measurements are within tolerance, all branding and trims align with the order form as well as checking the workmanship of the garments.
The garments are carefully packed into boxes, and a detailed packing list is created, specifying the sizes, styles, quantities, and colors in each box for easy identification, ensuring accurate, efficient, timely, and organized shipment.
We work closely with freight agents and global couriers to ensure you get various delivery options, competitive prices, and reliable service. We can deliver to most of the world efficiently, with no additional duties or import tax.
