At ASNS Apparel we are your Clothing Manufacturing Process specialists from sketch to delivery. Unlike a lot of manufacturers in the UK, we offer more than handling your tech packs- we help with perfecting your design, get you ready for production, and take you through every stage to ensure your custom high-quality product is perfect for your brand.

We are more than just clothing manufacturers. Our UK design team can create flat CAD designs or factory standard tech packs, as well as 3D mock-ups and prototypes. We will work closely with you to translate your ideas into innovative designs.
We provide a library of trend-driven standard fits and custom fits with graded sizes. Our size charts automatically calculate grading from your measurements, and our expert pattern maker creates precise paper toiles based on the final specifications
Sampling is an important part of the process, which allows you access to the materials, fit, branding, and experience before placing a larger order. We make sure you are comfortable with every little thing and make any tweaks along the way toward full production.
Once the sample is approved and edited as needed, we put together an order form that serves as the final confirmation and allows us to begin production on your wholesale order where each item is made, cut, sewn, and pieced together one by one by our production team.
We specialize in the whole package production, all the way from samples up to production including neck labels hangtags, and packaging. So the only thing that you are left to do is to put your beautiful garment in a box and send it to your customer.
Before packing the garments, we perform quality control checks to review that all the measurements of the garments are within tolerance, branding, and trims are in line with the order form, and the workmanship is checked on the garments.
The garments are carefully packed into boxes, and a detailed packing list is created, specifying the sizes, styles, quantities, and colors in each box for easy identification, ensuring accurate, efficient, timely, and organized shipment.
We collaborate with freight forwarders & global couriers to offer you multiple delivery modes, prices, and services. We can ship to most of the world economically, without additional import taxes or duties.
