Advanced CAD/CAM Pattern & Grading System
ASNS Apparel’s cutting department uses state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology for the development of pattern designs and grading. Our auto-lay marking and plotting system makes efficient use of fabric and reduces waste. Similarly to maintain a consistent output of accurately cut panels we are operating manual laying and cutting in tandem with automated. This twin system ensures that the flow of production is smooth enough to cope with the requirements of the stitching sections.

Comprehensive Final Inspection & Packing
At ASNS Apparel - We Inspect each item before finishing and packing. Our sophisticated finishing department has hydro-extractors cum slitters for dewatering computerised tensionless dryers effectively dry the paper while tumble dryer ensures that the paper does not shrink.
All the fabric is thoroughly checked out before it can leave the finishing department to make sure of match and condition. We have our quality control team conduct a careful inspection when garments are finished and pack them.
This inspection ensures that the product does not have any defects and that every shipment is of good quality. We guarantee quality and customer satisfaction with every order at ASNS Apparel.
